About Us
We exist because most enterprise transformation fails.
Not from lack of effort — but from lack of rigour. Organisations invest in change and get activity instead of outcomes. Evangelize Consulting was built to fix that.

Founder & Principal Consultant
David Hole
David has spent over three decades working at the intersection of technology, economics, operating model design, and enterprise transformation. He has advised CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and transformation directors across financial services, professional services, real estate, and the public sector.
His work is grounded in a simple belief: that most organisations already have the data needed to make better decisions — they simply lack the framework to interpret it, the economics to quantify it, and the structure to act on it.
The Evangelize Performance Framework was built from three decades of enterprise delivery — the patterns, failures, and hard commercial lessons that generic consulting methodologies miss. It is designed to move organisations from uncertain symptoms to credible decisions, with the economics and governance to make those decisions hold.
EPF is not a theoretical framework. It is the product of thirty years of diagnosing real enterprise problems, building business cases that survive scrutiny, and delivering change that sticks. Structured method, commercial discipline, and evidence-based thinking — applied in a sequence that gets to the right answer, not the comfortable one.
What We Do
An enterprise performance consultancy
We work with senior leaders — CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and transformation directors — who need to make better decisions about cost, operating model design, technology performance, and business transformation.
We do not produce slide decks and leave. We diagnose, quantify, design, and govern — from the first evidence review through to benefit realisation. Every engagement is grounded in evidence, structured around economics, and focused on decisions that stick.
Our work spans
- Technology cost optimisation
- Operating model redesign
- Managed service renewal
- AI operating model economics
- Real estate operating performance
- Enterprise transformation business cases
Most consulting engagements produce recommendations. We produce decisions.
That distinction matters because a recommendation without an owner, an economic model, and a governance structure rarely survives contact with the organisation. Ours do.
Sectors We Serve
How We Work
The EPF operating system
The Evangelize Performance Framework is not a generic methodology. It is a structured decision system built from over two decades of enterprise consulting, commercial challenge, and delivery accountability.
Evidence-led
Every engagement begins with a diagnostic, not a proposal. We find the real problem before recommending a solution.
Commercially accountable
We build business cases that survive board scrutiny, finance challenge, and procurement review. We do not over-promise.
Decision-focused
We produce decisions, not recommendations. Evidence, economics, and accountabilities are embedded from day one.
Structurally rigorous
EPF moves in a defined order — review, quantify, design — so organisations stop treating symptoms and start resolving root causes.
01 REVIEW
Review the evidence before drawing conclusions. Establish a single source of truth using TBM principles.
02 ASSESS
Quantify the problem before recommending a solution. Build the economics around the real root cause.
03 DESIGN
Design for the operating model you need, not the one you inherited. Governed for decisions that stick.
What That Looks Like in Practice
Real outcomes from real engagements
These are not case study abstractions. They are the result of a diagnostic process that found the real problem, built the economics around it, and gave leadership the evidence to act.

Who We Work With
Clients facing decisions that matter
Our clients are typically mid-to-large enterprises facing one of three situations:
- 1They know costs are too high but cannot explain why.
- 2They are about to commit to a transformation and need the business case to hold up.
- 3They are renewing a managed service contract and want independent commercial rigour before they sign.
We are direct, evidence-led, and commercially accountable.
We do not over-promise on outcomes we cannot control. We do build the framework so you can defend the numbers, own the governance, and track whether value is actually being realised.
Sector context matters — and EPF has sector adaptation built in — but the underlying discipline is consistent.
